A College That Never Existed ........

A RTI reply which was given by Delhi Development Authority on the directions of the Hon'ble CIC was really shocking and disclosing that a land measuring approximate 30000 sq. yards in the area of North Delhi which is near Delhi University North Campus Area was already allotted to  a Government College namely Sandhora Kalan College which never existed because an illegal colony namely Prem Nagar, Subzi Mandi, Delhi - 110007 continuously existed on the said land of college even after the proper acquisition of the land by the Delhi Development Authority under proper provisions of the Law. Then whose faults in this ???? Students who never got the college for their higher education or whom??? Who is responsible for the same??
